Terms and Conditions

for Fempowerment Strategy Call

1. Agreement
By booking a Fempowerment Strategy Session ("the Session"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Session is available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Non-Refundable Payment
All payments for the Session are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including inability to attend. If you cannot attend your scheduled time, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day changes or missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.
4. Session Delivery
Your booking includes:

a 60-minute private strategy call
a personalised action plan
14 days of WhatsApp support

5. Preparation and Participation
You agree to complete the pre-call questionnaire prior to the Session. Failure to submit the questionnaire may impact the quality and outcome of the Session.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during or after the Session, including but not limited to action plans, frameworks, strategies, and supporting content, are for your personal use only. Cécile Schmied retains all rights, title, and interest in the content. You may not share, distribute, copy, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.
7. No Guarantees
The Session provides personalised guidance and strategic recommendations, but results vary depending on individual effort, implementation, and external factors. No guarantees are made regarding income, business growth, client acquisition, or specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cécile Schmied or Fempowerment Academy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Session or the application of any strategies discussed.
9. Modification of Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
