Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
By registering for the Fempowerment Masterclass ("the Masterclass"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
Enrollment in the Masterclass is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this criterion.

3. Non-Refundable
All payments made for the Masterclass are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Access
Upon registration, you will receive access to the Masterclass session and, if applicable, replays and supplementary resources. Replay access will be guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue access after the announced period.

5. Masterclass Materials
All Masterclass materials, including but not limited to slides, videos, workbooks, and other resources, are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Cécile Schmied retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Masterclass content. You agree not to distribute, share, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

6. Participant Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally when interacting with Cécile Schmied, Masterclass administrators, and other participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the Masterclass without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
Cécile Schmied and the Masterclass administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Masterclass.

8. Modification of Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
