Terms and Conditions

1. *Agreement*: By enrolling in the Fempowerment Growth Accelerator Online Course ("the Course"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. *Enrollment*: Enrollment in the Course is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this criterion.

3. *Non-Refundable*: All payments made for the Course are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. *Lifetime Access*: Upon enrollment, you will receive lifetime access to the Course materials and resources. This access is guaranteed for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of enrollment. However, please note that access will be maintained until the Course is discontinued or no longer available. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course at any time, in which case access will be provided until the end date announced prior to discontinuation.

5. *Course Materials*: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other resources, are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Cécile Schmied retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Course materials and content. You agree not to distribute, share, or reproduce any Course materials without prior written consent from Cécile Schmied.

6. *Participant Conduct*: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with Cécile Schmied, Course administrators, and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.

7. *Limitation of Liability*: Cécile Schmied and the Course administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Course.

8. *Modification of Terms*: These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

9. *Governing Law*: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
