General Conditions of Sale (Fempowerment Academy)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website fempowermentacademy.com. A "client" is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order with Fempowerment Academy via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: Fempowerment Academy only accepts clients over 16 years old for physical and electronic products and over 18 years old for services (coaching, workshops, seminars). While our content is not inappropriate for minors, we target a mature audience capable of understanding the responsibilities of entrepreneurship. Any subscriber to the newsletter or client who does not meet these criteria will be removed from our database and, if applicable, refunded with a return of the purchased product(s) required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on fempowermentacademy.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) or US Dollars (USD), including applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but the price applied will be that announced at the time of the order. All purchases are non-refundable.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order, including for pre-order products. Payment can be made via credit card. Secure online payments are processed through Stripe. The security of the payment system is the responsibility of Stripe.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order. The client assumes responsibility for any risks once the products leave our premises. In case of a lost package, we will take necessary measures to ensure the product is delivered or a refund is issued in accordance with our warranty policy.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Swiss data protection laws, clients have the right to access and rectify their personal data. By placing an order, the client agrees to our data collection and usage policies. By providing an email address, the client may receive informational or promotional emails from Fempowerment Academy. Unsubscription is possible at any time via a link provided in our emails.

Article 7: Applicable Law

These general conditions of sale, along with all transactions referenced herein, are governed by Swiss law.
